If your faucet arrives damaged or defective, please contact our customer service team as soon as possible and provide photos of the issue. Once confirmed, we will process a return or replacement for you. You can choose a full refund or a product exchange based on your preference.

Yes, we offer a 30-day unconditional return policy. The faucet must remain unused and in its original packaging. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Return requests must be made within 30 days of receipt; returns outside this window will not be accepted.

Please contact us via email or our customer service page with your return request, providing your order number and reason for return. We will provide return instructions and confirm the return address. Please ensure the product is in good condition and returned in its original packaging.

If you would like to exchange a faucet, please contact our customer service team with the details of the model you wish to exchange. We will arrange the exchange after confirming availability. If the faucet has been used or if it’s past the 30-day return period, exchanges will not be accepted.

Once we receive the returned item and confirm it is in good condition, your refund will be processed and returned to your original payment method within 5-7 business days. If you haven't received your refund after this time, please contact our customer support team, and we will assist you in checking the status.

You can log into your account and visit the "Orders" page to check the status of all your orders. The status will show as "Processing," "Shipped," or "Completed." Additionally, you can track your shipment through the tracking link provided in the order confirmation email.

Once an order is submitted and processing begins, you will not be able to modify the contents of the order.
